Grandhotel Pupp, Karlovy Vary

The Grandhotel Pupp is a beautiful historical property with stunning architecture that transports you to another era. The breakfast buffet is a highlight, offering an amazing selection that you can't resist. However, the service can be quite hit or miss, as my experience with the front desk staff was frustrating at times, especially regarding the honeymoon package details. Still, with beautiful settings and delightful food, it was an enjoyable stay overall.

The GrandHotel Pupp boasts stunning architecture and a charming atmosphere, but there are some noticeable gaps in service quality that overshadow the overall experience. The rooms are spacious and can feel like a private luxury apartment, making for a comfortable stay. Dining options leave room for improvement, especially considering the high expectations set by the hotel's reputation. While the hotel is iconic, the renovation work detracts slightly from its grandeur.
